Memorial Day Weekend

Friday night we packed up the car and went camping. This was our first time with kids and my first time unless you count girls camp. We went with our friends "Climber" Matt, and Katie. It was so nice of them to be their. They helped with everything. We drove out towards Delta and then found a place to camp. It was literally in the middle of no where. We were the only campers. The next morning we got up and went to IBEX which is out passed Delta and did a little bouldering. The weather couldn't have been better and the kids were fantastic as well. Brenten found some of his own rocks to climb. They also found some dirt to play in since we were in the middle of the desert. Above is Christian climbing, obviously. Sorry no picts of me. Landon got tired. That was my other concern. He has asthma from the pneumonia he had a couple of weeks ago and was also just getting over 2 ear infections. So he sat in Cait's seat.
Landon was so excited to go dig in the dirt. He was glad we had room for his tractor and shovel.

Jessica

My niece, Jessica, came for a little visit last week. We got to see her for 4 days. We had so much fun. I hope she had fun too. She is so awesome. We didn't do anything too exciting but we did get in a bunch of shopping. We even convinced her it would be fun to come to our softball game and play with the kids there. Christian can't complain, her being here also meant we got a date night. Thanks Jess. I hope we get to see her again soon. We love you Jessica. Call me!

my baby is 3 months old!!!

My sweet little angel is 3 months old. We are so blessed to have her join our family. She is learning and growing so fast. Her little legs are getting so chubby. She is such a good baby. She sleeps and eats well and is so content to play and look around the house. She loves her brothers and love their attention. They are so good with her. She is starting to reach for and bat at toys. We are waiting for the day when she rolls over. She is not quite there.

Birthday pictures

Even with pneumonia, Landon had a great birthday. His Aunt Paula and Uncle Phillip made a surprise visit. Landon was so excited they came. We stayed pretty low key so it was just us but I think he still had a good day. We had pancakes for dinner at Landon's request and we had cake and presents. Paula had landon convinced he was just getting boxes and he was even happy with that until he saw what was inside and then he was so excited. Happy 3rd birthday super landon.
