So I got up this morning at 5am and went to the gym. I ran (kind of) 3 miles and then lifted weights. Focusing on biceps triceps and shoulders. It wasn't pretty. My running was slow with lots of bouncing behind me and turned into a run walk and my lifting was with light weights. Still I did it and I feel good. We will see how I feel tomorrow. And Friday when I do it again.

Wow good job! Seriously. Even though it kills right n ow, within 2 weeks I bet you will be back to speed and not as sore as often either. You rock. And 5am - WOWZERS.

I need a buddy like you. I swear I have repeated that statement several times in the last few years! But.... it's true!
I had high hoped of working off my last babies weight. Instead, I have gone in the opposite direction. I didn't think I would ever see myself as heavy as I am now. What a bummer!
